We want you to love your eyewear as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all domestic orders. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all protective packaging and tags included.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Stoggles

  Securely place your eyewear in its original case and shipping box to ensure it stays protected during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
